At JustforDecor we understand your home decor and lifestyle needs and thus bring you over 15 new sales every day. We offer you best discounts for products especially handpicked for you from all over the world; however you need not lose heart .
Return is accepted under the following circumstances :
Item Quality Issues,
Dead on arrival items,
Non-Delivery of Items or
Incomplete/Incorrect Items being received by buyers.

Need to return? Just follow these simple steps:
- You need to call or e-mail us within 24 hours from date of delivery.
- Do mention Order number in subject line to help us quickly process your returns.
- Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused,uninstalled, undamaged and in saleable condition.
- The original packaging including brand tags, should be intact while returning the items.
- All returned items should be packed securely and safely to pvent any loss or damage during transit.
- Once your return has been authorized, please refer to the link in our email for the return shipping label. The same is mandatory and should be pasted on every single return packet.
- For all self-shipped returns, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 7 days from date of raising the return request.
- The product can be exchanged for another selection, provided goods are received in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse.
- 5% transportion/handling charges will be deducted.
Conditions for cancellation
Cancellations are possible only until the p-shipping stage; we cannot cancel your order once the item is shipped. Please contact our customer care team to assist you with the same.
How do you return?
You can return the product in following ways:
- Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which falls under the service network of our courier partners. The same will be informed by our customer care team member at the time of you activating the return.
All returned products need to clearly bear the consignee address on the return Airway Bill, as given below:
